Below are some best practices for post-season portal cleanup and maintenance:
1. Ensure you've completed any outstanding PICK and PUT orders.
- You can see a list of all your outstanding orders via Warehouse → Storage Activity.
- Filter by Date = All to see all orders that are still Open or In-Progress.
- You can also filter by Order Type = PICK or PUT to see only orders of the selected type.
- Process by selecting the order and click the Batch Actions button to action the selected orders.
2. Navigate to Tools → Incomplete Sets to ensure all stored sets have all 4 tires put into a storage location.
- Click the ••• menu for a record and select the first option - Move to [BinCode] - to move the tires on vehicle to the same location as the rest of the set.
- If it's actually only a set of 2 or 3 tires, select the Delete Tires on Vehicle option.
3. Run an appointment cleanup via the dealer Cleanup page to cancel any remaining old appointments/orders that do not require action.
