1. Insert the external roll mount spindle into the label roll and secure onto the external mount.
2. Secure the external roll mount to the base of the printer.
3. Open the printer top cover.
- Pull the tabs located on each side towards the front of the printer, then lift the top cover to the maximum open angle.
- Separate and hold open the media holders until they lock.
4. Feed the labels through the opening in the rear of the printer, between its cover and its base.
- Ensure the labels are fed through printing side face up.
5. Continue to feed the labels through the turquoise and black guides.
- Adjust the guides so they are just tight enough for the labels to slide comfortably between them, without friction. Feed the labels through until the edge of the first label is on the rubber roller.
- Make sure the guides are snug against the label but the label isn’t bowed.
6. Close the top cover.
