We want to assure all our clients, partners, and vendors that we are monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely and working to ensure we meet the needs of our customers as well as provide for the health and safety of our employees, partners, customers, and communities. 


We’re seeing organizations across the automotive industry and beyond make a variety of business decisions in response to the pandemic. At Tire Storage Solutions, we will follow the guidance of all relevant health and government authorities. 


In response to the current situation, we’ve implemented our business continuity plan — which examines all areas of business operations — and have taken actions to ensure continued service to our customers. Rest assured, we are prepared to serve you.


Steps we have taken include: 


  • Tire Storage Solutions has implemented a remote work program for our employees, starting today through April 6;
  • Our hours of operation remain the same, and we will continue to deliver the service you’ve come to expect from us;
  • Tire Storage Solutions employees have been instructed to avoid attending in-person meetings for non-essential business activities. We will be conducting all non-critical business meetings via conference calls or video conference;
  • All air and rail travel for business, both international and domestic, is suspended until further notice;
  • Any team members that have visited a location marked by a government-issued travel advisory must not attend any in-person meetings, client locations, or vendor locations for a minimum of 14 days following their return;
  • Individuals must not visit Tire Storage Solutions or any client or vendor locations for a minimum of 14 days following the onset of symptoms of illness;
  • All aspects of our COVID-19 continuity planning will be reviewed on an ongoing basis.


These precautionary measures have been taken to limit the potential spread of the virus, to support our employees in this challenging time and to ensure we maintain our ability to serve you, our customer, for the long term. Our leadership team remains vigilant and is monitoring the situation and responding rapidly as conditions evolve.
