1. Navigate to the Customers page and search for the customer by name, VIN, Tire Barcode ID, etc.
2. Click on the name of the customer to view their profile.
3. Click on the ••• menu for the vehicle you want to delete and select the Delete option.
3. A popup will appear confirming if you want to delete the vehicle.
4. Click Confirm to delete the vehicle.
PLEASE NOTE: You can only delete a vehicle that has no outstanding appointment and/or tires in storage.
If there is an outstanding appointment, click on the appointment record ••• menu and select the Cancel Appointment option.
If there are tires in a storage location click on the ••• menu for the tire set and select the Move to Vehicle option. When all tires are on vehicle proceed with deleting the vehicle.
