Updated Interface

The new TSS Web Portal has powerful, modern, and intuitive new interface. Every aspect of the TSS 4.0 was designed with user experience in mind. All TSS knowledge-base articles have been updated to reflect the new portal design and changes. 


Customer Quick Reports

At a glance you can see a customer's tire storage status, how many vehicles and sets they have, and export lists. View customers actively storing, customers with extended storage, and customers not currently storing. 


Storage Activity

New and improved Storage Activity tools give users even better visibility to location of tires, status of orders, and allow you to move tires with ease.


Fleet and Internal Groupings

As phase one of Fleet and Internal management, you can now group customer and vehicle profiles together. Create a Fleet or Internal grouping and add customer profiles to it. Keeping track of your Fleet and Internal tire sets has never been easier. Keep an eye out for future enhancements of this feature. 


Tire Audit Discrepancies

You asked and we delivered. Now you can view and export a list of tires that are logged in a storage location but not scanned during your audit. User will have the option of removing these tires from storage or assigning a new storage location. Learn More


Batch Actions

Now you can batch action multiple records at a time. Need to batch print labels? Batch cancel appointments? Batch PICK or PUT tires? No problem. 


Appointment Week and Month Views

Never lose sight of appointments again. Now you can switch your appointment dashboard view to a weekly or monthly view to capture a wider range of dates and activity. 


User Management

We have created roles with certain access levels within each portal that can be assigned to your users. The Super Admin role can now add new user and manage existing user access. Learn more


Dealer Login Selector

We've made it simpler than ever for users to login to multiple TSS portals. Now you can just click the dropdown menu below the dealer name, search or select a new dealer, and just like that you are logged into a different portal.

Customer Profile Page

We've now streamlined all essential customer profile information on one page. View the customers contact information, outstanding appointments, and vehicles and tire set all on one page. 

Tire Audit Filtering and Exports

Users can now filter their Tire Audit records by date scanned or status. You can also export audit records for future reference.

Tire Audit Duplicate Scan Alert

Have you ever labelled two sets of tires with the same labels? Now you will be alerted on your audit when a duplicate scan has occurred.

Enhanced DMS Upload Logs

Our new and improved DMS upload logs make it easy to see how many uploads have occurred and break it down even further with appointment creation, updated, failed, and ignored logs. You can also now download the exact file that was transferred from your DMS.

Active and Inactive Sets

To avoid duplicate sets, we've grouped tires into active and inactive sets. Active sets will be the sets that a customer actively swaps each season. Inactive sets are extra sets that a customer may be storing or that were tied to old appointments. If inactive sets are not in storage, you can delete them.

Admin Settings 

Now dealers can easily update their portal preferences such as season start dates, DMS information, Tire Storage Agreement preferences, and more.

User Settings

Individual users can now update their own contact information and customize their landing page. 


Bug Fixes


  • Corrected label on Pickup Manifest from "Picked" to "Picked Up"
  • Fixed issue on Delivery Manifest where cage field was no longer appearing. 
  • Fixed bug where user was unable to print tire labels for Not Released appointments. 
  • Fixed bug where DMS created appointments did not appear in Tools → Release to Mobile records.
  • Fixed Reynolds upload bug where appointment file would queue but not process. 
  • Fixed Quorum upload bug where files would not process. 
  • Fixed DMS processing issue where files that were multiple files that were transmitted at the same time would fail to process. 
  • Fixed Protractor upload issue where upload files were being ignored even if they had new data.
  • Fixed issue with Tire Stock Report where in an offsite dealer the report would display total for entire warehouse.
  • Fixed issue with Tire Storage Agreement where VIN was not being displayed when available. 
  • Fixed bug causing the appointment search not to work. 
  • Fixed bug that was throwing an error any time DMS settings were updated. 
  • Fixed bug that was causing the Pickup Manifest to not generate any data. 
  • Fixed bug where user could not view customer profile that contained large number of vehicles. 
  • Fixed issue where user could not view the uploaded DMS file. 
  • Fixed Tire Stock Report bug where the bin contents were not being displayed. 
  • Fixed Tires Initially Stored Report bug where report no longer displayed the historical data when "Only show tires currently in storage" was not selected. 
  • Fixed Tire Stock Report time out issue. 
  • Fixed DMS upload issue where appointments were not automatically releasing. 
  • Fixed Serti integration issue where vehicle was not linked to customer profile.
