Users can inventory internal sets that are not attached to a specific customer or vehicle. 


Enable Fleet and Internal Management


  1. Navigate to Admin → Settings → Portal Settings and enable Fleet and Internal Management.
  2. Navigate to the Customers page and click on the Internal tab. 
  3. Click the +Add New Internal button and create a group named "AVAILABLE TIRES" (or something similar).


Create the Winter and Summer Tire Profiles


  1. Navigate to the Customers tab and click the +Add Customer button. 
  2. Create two customer profiles named "WINTER TIRES" and "SUMMER TIRES" (or something similar). 
  3. When creating the customer profiles, in the Customer Properties section select the Internal option and then assign then select the internal "AVAILABLE TIRES" group. 


Add Tire Sets to the Profiles


  1. Navigate to the profile to which you want to add tire sets and click the +Add New Vehicle button.
  2. Input the Tire Size in the model field (E.g. 225/50R17) then select the season for the set you want to create then click Save
  3. Click on the tire set to edit the tire set info then click Save
  4. If you want to add more sets of the same season and size to the "vehicle" click the ••• menu for the vehicle and select the Add Tire Set option. 
  5. To move the tires into a location click the ••• menu for the tire set to be stored and select the Move to Location option or print the labels for the set and scan into storage via the TSS mobile app Tires to Move into Storage tile. 
  6. Add additional vehicle/tire sizes via the profile page +Add New → Vehicle button and repeat as needed.
