Dealer Locations

Dealers that have multiple locations within the building where they want tires dropped off to or picked up from (E.g. drive-thru, shop, detail bay, etc) can now be designated. Just add your dealer locations via Admin → Dealer Locations, then select the designated dealer location on the appointment.


Tire Label Print History

After popular demand, we've added a Label Print History option in each tire set's ••• menu. Now you can see that last user that printed labels, when they printed them, and from where in the portal the labels were printed from (E.g. appointment menu, tire set menu, etc).

We've made improvements to other areas of the TSS system. Take a look at the new improvements in this release:


Worn Tire and Rim Report - DOT Number

Dealers that record a tire's DOT number will now see that available on the Worn Tire and Rim onscreen and exported report.


Tire Stock Report – New export Columns

Tire Stock Report exports will now include all phone numbers and additional fields columns (if enabled). 


Bug Fixes


  • Fixed issue with SLA date blocks created by support appearing in all warehouse portals.
  • Fixed issue with Customers → Customer Vehicles With Tires in Storage not displaying mobile phone number.
  • Fixed issue with adding new user error when extra spaces were trailing the email address. 
  • Fixed issue that was causing dealer specific SLAs from being enforced when disabled. 
  • Fixed Appointment Cleanup queuing error.
  • Fixed Tire Audit queuing error.
