Appointments in "Not Released" status means that the PICK and/or PUT order have not been created so they will not appear on the warehouse storage activity page (open orders) or mobile app. 

1.    To release orders to the warehouse/mobile app for action, navigate to the Appointments page. 

2.    Appointments that are not released will have a grey location icon, and will be in Not Released status. 

3.    Click on the ••• menu and select Release.
