Step 1: Download the "Printer Utility" software from the link below.

Step 2: Open the "Printer Utility" software & Ensure that the "USB Plug" is connected to your computer (Printer must be turned on)

Step 3: Click "Load Printer"

Step 4: Click on the "Printer Function" tab & select "Factory Default"

Step 5: Click on "Printer Configuration" & select "Load"

Step 6: Change the "Speed to 5" & "Density to 7". Also ensure that the "Thermal Mode is set to Thermal Transfer" (Can copy these setting if needed)

Step 7: Close the program & test the printer
