Download the TSS Mobile Pro App

TSS Mobile Pro is available for Android and iOS. To download the app, navigate to the appropriate app store and search for "TSS Mobile Pro" then download/install the app. Login using the same credentials as the TSS Web Portal.

PICK Tires From Storage (Retrieve)

1. Tap the Tires to Get from Storage tile on the main screen.

2. Scan or manually select the tires that are being retrieved from storage.

  1. The tire's storage location will be indicated beside the tire barcode number.

3. Tap the Confirm button and wait for the confirmation.

PUT Tires Into Storage (Store)

1. Tap the Tires to Move into Storage tile on the main screen.

2. Scan or select the bin where the tires will be stored.

3. Scan or select the tires that you are moving into storage.

4. Tap the Confirm button and wait for the confirmation.

Update Tire Details

1. Tap the Tire Information tile on the main screen.

2. Scan the first tire from the set and update the tire details accordingly.

  1. Tap the Add Photo button to add a photo of the tire.

TIP: Photos can be viewed later via the customer's vehicle profile in the web portal.


3. Tap the Update Tire button to update the first tire and wait for the confirmation. 

TIP: Tap the Update Set button to update all tires in the set. 

4. Scan the next tire from the set.

  1. Tap Copy Prev Info to copy the last tire's information, wait for the confirmation, then tap OK to copy the info.
  2. Repeat for all tires in the set.

PLEASE NOTE: Photos will not be copied to other tires in the set.
