To view you dealer/warehouse process flow, navigate to the Process Flow page in the main menu.

The Process Flow is a detailed visual overview of each feature of the TSS system, and outlines:

• Which activities are mandatory, and which are optional.
• The parties responsible for performing each activity (Warehouse vs Dealership).
• For activities which are available on mobile devices, the device types which contain the feature will be displayed.
