- Log into your TSS Portal and navigate to Insights → Analytics.
- In the Appointments tab you will see a widget for Past Due appointments.
- Click on the Not Released, In-Progress, or Open section to view a list appointments in the selected status.
- If there are more than 15 appointments of the selected status they will be listed on multiple pages.
- You can select appointments from the list and use the Batch Actions button to Print Tire Labels or Agreements for tires going into storage, or Cancel Appointments.
