Improvements
We made several improvements to TSS this season including several minor UI/UX improvements such as changing the name of the Re-assign Tire Set modal to Transfer Tire Set, changed to Comments field title to Customer Notes, improved the customer information section layout on the Tire Storage Agreement, and more. Check out the main improvements in this release:
Tire Information - Speed Rating Field
Users can now track a tire’s speed rating. If entered, the speed rating will also be displayed to the right of the tire size on Tire Storage Agreements.
Customer Page - Number of Appointments and Export Enhancements
Now users can immediately see if a customer has an outstanding appointment before viewing their profile. The customer export has also been enhanced to include the number of outstanding appointments, customer notes, as well as create and update information.
Open Orders - Cancel Orders Permission
We’ve updated role permissions so now only SAdmin and Admin roles now have the option to cancel orders via the order record ••• menu.
Appointment Cleanup - Cleanup Permissions
We’ve updated role permissions so now only SAdmin, Admin, and SUser roles now have the option to cancel appointment via the appointment cleanup function and only SAdmin and Admin roles can purge cleanup history.
Add Appointment - Search by License Plate
Now users can search for customers by License Pate when scheduling an appointment on the Appointments page via +Add New → Appointment.
Appointment Record - Refresh Individual Records
No when users cancel, flag as a no-show, or revert appointment orders, the appointment record will update without refreshing the entire page.
Tire Storage Agreement - Credit Card Expiry Date and CVV fields
In the portal settings, when Display Credit Card Field is enabled users will now see additional fields for credit card expiry date and CVV number.
TSS Mobile Pro - Refresh Button
We’ve made it easier for user to refresh data on the TSS Mobile Pro app. Now you can just tap the refresh icon to the left of the hamburger menu to fetch new data.
Customers - Company/Last Name Field
We’ve moved the Company Name to the Last Name field in all Customer and Appointment modals. This will help prevent any errors when creating a customer as the Company/Last Name field is required if a DMS Customer ID is not provided.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed appointment page batch action issue that was causing a blank Tire Storage Agreement would be generated when printing an agreement for a completed PUT order.
- Fixed issue that was causing the Pickup/Delivery Report to be displayed for warehouses and associated offsite dealers when transportation activities were disabled.
- Fixed issue causing email Tire Storage Agreement option to not be displayed on customer profile appointment record menu when customer has valid email address.
- Fixed issue that was causing Tire Storage Agreement to not display all 4 tires on the same page if there are photos.
- Fixed bug that was causing the tire details tread depth field to autofill with the previous entry.
- Fixed bug that would allow user to delete a set that was attached to an active appointment.
