What's New

Mobile Manifests

We’ve added a new Manifest feature that allows the creation of Pickup and Delivery manifests on the fly. The manifests can be generated when loading or unloading the trucks, by scanning the tires being loaded. The manifest will feature a scannable QR code and can be validated by scanning the manifest’s QR code and all the tires arrived at the destination dealership or warehouse. Missing or extra tires scanned at destination will be highlighted in the app. The manifest saved scans will display the customer's name and dealership.

User Preference: Only Show Tires for PUT Away When Scanned

Users now have the option to Only show tire for put away when scanned when putting tires into storage via the Tires to Move into Storage tile. When enabled, tires will only be displayed when scanned so no customer/vehicle information will be shown in advance. This preference can also work in conjunction with the Show Tire Set preference - when the first tire from the set is scanned the app will display all the tires in that set.

Improvements

Data Loading and Refreshing

We’ve made several improvements to data loading and refresh times. You’ll now find the TSS Mobile Pro app is faster when loading and refreshing data.

Floating Camera Scanner Button and Flashlight

The Show floating button for camera scanner user preference option is now enabled by default. The button can now be hidden by sliding it to the footer, and can be displayed again by pressing the footer and holding for 2 seconds.

Also, when scanning with the camera scanner, the flashlight can now be turned on by pressing the volume up button while the camera is on. To turn off the flashlight, press the volume down button with the camera on.

Adding Photos

Adding photos via the Tire Information function will now save up to 5 images of the same tire in the same session.

Login Password Visibility

The password field now features a show/hide icon. When tapped the view icon allows the user to see the password entered to ensure it is being entered correctly.

Tire Audit

The select all checkbox in the Tire Audit tile has been removed to reduce the risk of inadvertently removing scanned tires or auditing tires into the incorrect location.
