Pre-Cleanup Instructions

Before you perform an Appointment Cleanup, please ensure any PICK orders that were not completed from the previous season are completed.


How to Bulk Complete PICK Orders

  1. Navigate to Warehouse → Storage Activity.
  2. Click the Filters button.
  3. For the Date, select ALL.
  4. For the Order Type, select PICK
  5. Click Apply to apply the selected filters. 
  6. Select the checkbox for the PICK orders you want to complete. 
  7. Click the Batch Actions button and select the PICK option. 
  8. A list of all the tires selected will appear in a pop-up. 
  9. Click Confirm to PICK the tires.

PLEASE NOTE: If your dealer has staging enabled, you will have to repeat the process and complete the INSTALL scans to complete the PICK orders. 


Appointment Cleanup Process

The Appointment Cleanup function should be performed whenever old appointments exist for your dealership. This process will remove unprocessed appointments from the past 30 days (or whatever your appointment cleanup default cut-off date is) so they do not interfere with your current tire swap season. If there are no open appointments prior to 30 days (or whatever your default cut-off date is), the appointment cleanup will not have anything to process.

The Appointment Cleanup function will allow you to cancel previous appointments and their associated orders from past days or seasons. This will prevent errors such as appointments not being created due to tire sets locked to old, uncompleted appointments. When a season cleanup is run, the old appointments and orders will be cancelled, freeing up the tires to be used on new appointments for the upcoming season.

It is recommended that this function is run before every new season and checked regularly during the season.

TIP: The Appointment Cleanup default cut-off can be changed via Admin → Settings → Portal Preferences


What it cannot do

Appointment Cleanup cannot cancel orders that have already been started. If any of the tires have been scanned for an order, the corresponding appointment cannot be cancelled.
