Due to the portal upgrade, favourites/bookmarks of the old TSS portal will become invalid and old saved data within browsers is causing issues as well. In order to resolve this issue, please follow the steps below. 

PLEASE NOTE: This process may have to be repeated after some time.

Chrome

1.    Navigate to online.tirestoragesolutions.net and click on the Lock Icon to the left of the website address.

2.    This will open the site settings for the TSS portal. Click on the Cookies option in this pop up. 

3.    In the pop up window , ensure that online.tirestoragesolutions.net is selected, and then click the Remove button.

4.    Click Done to complete the process. 

Update Favourites/Bookmarks

1.    Right click on the old bookmark and select Delete. 

Firefox

1.    Navigate to online.tirestoragesolutions.net and click on the Lock Icon to the left of the website address.

2.    Click Clear cookies and site data in the pop up. 

3.    In the pop up window, ensure that online.tirestoragesolutions.net is selected and then click the Remove button.

Update Favourites/Bookmarks

1.      Right click on the old bookmark and select Remove Bookmark.

2.      Navigate to online.tirestoragesolutions.net and add the the portal to favourites/bookmarks again.

Microsoft Edge and Other Browsers

The TSS portal is supported only in the latest versions of Chrome and Firefox, and so it is not recommended to use other browsers to access the portal at this time.
