A troubleshooting method to mitigate any ink smudging on tire labels is to reduce the printer speed & density via the printer utility.

1. Download the file "Printer Utility" (Attached to this thread)

2. Ensure the printer is connected to a nearby computer via USB to USB-A (Cord comes in the printer box)

3. Open the "Printer Utility" software

4. Click "Load Printer Info" and select "Ok"

5. Under the "Printer Configuration Tab" -> "Printer Setup", select "Load", then "Ok"

6. Change speed to "4"

7. Change density to "6"

8. Select "Set"

9. Close Printer Utility Software
